The Buffalo Bills headed into Week 2 of the 2015 NFL season with a lot of confidence after destroying Andrew Luck’s Indianapolis Colts in the season opener. Head coach Rex Ryan did his part in hyping up the showdown with the division rival New England Patriots this past weekend, but his team failed to live up to expectations and came up short, 40-32.

Following the loss to Tom Brady’s Patriots, Ryan said the following about New England’s performance, via Mike Rodak of ESPN:

“They outplayed us, they outcoached us, they outdid whatever,” he said. “But there’s different ways of chatting and of all that type of stuff, too. Let’s face it: New England is not exactly the Boy Scouts of America. All right? So you can say what you want, but the tape doesn’t lie either.”

With the Bills suffering a costly loss to the Patriots, Ryan and company will have to dust themselves off and prepare for Week 3. Buffalo will go on the road to face another divisional opponent in the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins are coming off a disappointing loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars and will also being looking to bounce back to keep up with the division-leading Patriots in the AFC East.

According to Sportsbook.ag, the Bills will be slight underdogs heading into the matchup with the Dolphins in Miami. The Dolphins will sport -2.5 point spread in Week 2 after losing to the lowly Jaguars.

The home-field advantage may be the only reason the Dolphins will be favored in this game. The Bills are still a very good football with a defense that will likely bounce back with quarterback Ryan Tannehill in their crosshairs this Sunday.
