Ever since Peyton Manning finally starting to show signs of aging toward the end of the 2014 NFL campaign for the Denver Broncos, it seems as though everyone has been waiting for the inevitable in the Mile High City. Manning may not have much gas left in the tank, but he continues to hold his own as the undisputed leader of the Broncos.

After three weeks of the 2015 NFL season, Denver is sporting a flawless 3-0 record with the defense in Denver helping carry their veteran quarterback to victory. Although many are still waiting to put a fork in Manning’s career this season, the Broncos are undefeated and favored to come out on top in Week 4 to keep the winning streak alive.

According to Sportsbook.ag, Denver is favored to beat the Minnesota Vikings in Week 4 with a -7 point spread.

In three games thus far, Manning isn’t putting up the massive numbers we’ve become accustomed to over the last few years. Manning has thrown 127 passes for 755 yards, five touchdowns and three interceptions. Although not Pro-Bowl-caliber numbers, Manning and company are still getting job done and may be able to keep it going with another win over the Vikings this weekend.

Coming into the season, the Vikings were considered a team that might be a force to be reckoned with in the NFC. Minnesota has a promising young quarterback in the form of Teddy Bridgewater and arguably the best running back in the game with Adrian Peterson. Bridgewater hasn’t lived up to expectations thus far, but Peterson is starting to come around with an impressive 126-yard, two-touchdown performance in Week 3.

The Vikings may be able to give the Broncos a run for their money in Denver, but in the end, Gary Kubiak’s squad should come out on top while covering the spread.
