NFL Win Totals And Future Odds: Expectations High For Colts

Expectations are not too high for the AFC South with the exception of the Indianapolis Colts who are expected to perform big this season, according to recently released win totals prop bets.

The Colts have a win total set at 10.5 with the over set at -190 and the UNDER at +170. Their odds to win the Super Bowl are 8/1, the third best future odds in the NFL. They finished 11-5 for the last three seasons. With numbers like those, the Colts are a favorite pick among many bettor who expect this team to improve further this season.

The rest of the AFC South looks pretty dismal. The Texans have a win total set at 8.5 with the OVER at -130 and the UNDER at +110. They are 50/1 to win the Super Bowl. With a consistent defense and Brian Hoyer at quarterback, Arion Foster’s health is what will determine whether this teams hits the OVER. Foster is considered somewhat injury prone, though.

Both the Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans have 200/1 odds to win the Super Bowl and both have a win total set at 5.5.

The Titans are +100 to go over 5.5 win and -120 to hit the UNDER. Tennessee had an outstanding draft, but new,  young players need time to adjust. There time has not come quite yet, but they are on the right track. Bettors also need to consider that the Titans were the worst cover team in the NFL last season going 3-12-1 against the spread.

The Jaguars are -145 to go OVER and +125 to go UNDER 5.5 wins. Blake Bortles showed promise last season, which is where people betting positively on Jacksonville seem to be hanging their hats.
